Business and Technical Trades Career Exploration Day

may-2016-career-fair-circleThis is a hands-on career exploration event hosted at the Northfield Middle School and organized by the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Booster Club, led by John Stenz and Heather Poush from FORCE America. Youth from the middle and high schools will rotate through interactive employer booths, testing out equipment used in healthcare, welding, machining, auto mechanics, and many other industries. Come and explore why these career fields are in high demand!

Required Forms

Students who wish to attend must register by completing this registration formDeadline to register is Wednesday, February 17. 

A signed parent permission slip must be turned in to Sandy Malecha or another NHS staff chaperone in order to board the bus. Please download the parent permission form, or pick one up in the Youth Future office at the high school, room S109.

Students will load buses at 7:50 a.m. at the east entrance of the Northfield High School, and will return to the high school in time for 4th hour.

Students: This is your chance to visit with over 75 employers from a range of career fields including business, agriculture, healthcare, engineering, arts, communications, computers and technology.
